1978 suzuki gs550e motorcycle parts and tires needed?

hello i just bought a really nice running 1978 suzuki gs550e under the seat the rear tire specs are 3.75 h18-4pr right now it has a yoko 4.00-18 on it...i searched online and couldnt find either size. i havent called the dealer yet bc im not trying to go that route to be over charged. am i not searching right or is there a way to search a certain size. also i couldnt find the NGk proper plugs most sites say the gap needs to be set at .32 but doesnt list the plug #'s also couldnt find the proper battery either. would be nice to know the oil filter size also. im looking to do a full tune up to ensure saftey and engine reliabilty if anyone owns this bike or has a manual or can lead me into the right steps it would be great thanks for any help
