1978 Honda Hawk t2 (cb400) that bogs down in the mid rpm range. Rejet the carbs?

recently purchased a 1978 honda hawk t2 with a little under 5000 miles on it. The bike is in good shape but it needed a little bit of work. I had the carberators cleaned and rebuilt to factor specs with new jets and floats, the works, bolted them up and it idles beautifully. As you get on the throttle it bogs down significantly, however, once you get past a certain point the motor picks up and the higher rpms have plenty of power. If you choke it, it runs much much better at that midrange, and if u spray carb cleaner through the air box when it bogs down it picks up also, so I called the motorcycle place that did my carbs and the gentleman said I should try bigger jets. it came stock with a 70 and a 110 jet, (dual carbs), so I need to know which jet or jets to change and if this will solve my problem. Carbs have been sinched and all that, no leaks around the boots, this bike is starting to baffle me. Any advice would be great thanks a lot
