1977 buick lesabre wont stay crunk?

i had to replace my carburetor and fuell pump on my 77' buick lesabre and every since, when i crank it it will only run for a few seconds & then shut off,or when i stop or take my foot of the gas it will cut off, but when im gasing it, it rides good & smooth can anyone help me out
 
check all the vacuum ports
a big enough vacuum leak will only let it run when you are either gassing it or way off idle
