I have a 1974 Honda CB360. I would like to put the numbers into a VIN Decoder, but they require 17 digits after 1980. My VIN is not 17 digits. Anyone have any clue as to how to decode early Honda Motorcycles? Also how difficult is it to get a title? Thanks.
