1971 Suzuki T250 Carbs

My friend has a Suzuki T250 that needs some work. We've got it to start using ether, than it'll run on either the left or right side (never runs on both at the same time). It's got good spark, good compression, and since it'll sometimes run, I'd assume the engine itself is in working condition. I decided to tear apart the carbs and clean/adjust them. When I took them apart, it seems that the needle valves had either been replaced with the wrong part, or the seats are shot. The needles "rock" from side to side when they're open (when the carbs would be empty).

I'm not entirely sure what the year or model is, except for the T250-28998 that's on the frame. Where can I go to get carb kits for this bike?

The carbs are Mikuni and have either ISO or 150 or something to that effect stamped on the sides.

Where can I get a carb kit or parts for this bike?

Dude im havin problems on my 72 T500. Sorry i dont know an answer to your question. but maybe you could help me a bit since you have gotten yours torn apart. I would assume the throttle linkage would be similar. do yours use a butterfly valve, or a piston design for the throttle. Mines a piston type and it seems like its seized up. I loosened the throttle cable and unscrewed the cap on top of the carb but the valve doesnt come up. i cant get the darn thing go budge. anyways good luck w/ yours if you have any imput let me know.
