hi, the car was just rebuilt, start it up , i put in reverse get about 10 feet and it stalls,now there are no accessory lights at all and it wont even crank over it just died, i tested the neg ground too the block and the battery is fine , what can be the problem, and is there a ballist resistor if so were would it be located
