1971 Ford Ranchero leaking redish fluid and steering stiffened up a lot?

Hello,
Today my steering on my 1971 Ranchero stiffened up really really bad and a redish pink fluid is leaking out, I'm not sure from where. Does anyone know what this may be. Thank you very very much for the help. :)
 
Sounds like Power Steering Fluid and you will have look at the power steering lines for where it is dripping or take it to a shop. Refill the cylinder and run the engine and look for where it is dripping.
