1971 Ford Ranchero Fuse box?

Hi,

I was playing with my battery today, the terminal sparked and my head lights went out as well as my radio. I'm guessing it's a fuse and I found a fuse box under the steering by the emergency brake but it doesn't have a fuse for the headlights, does anyone know if theres another fuse box for this car and if so where it is? thank you so much everyone.
