1971 Ford Mustang parts?

I want to know what a good choice of heads are for my mustang, I want to make it a street/strip, and what cam shaft would be good for street/strip.

I know my mustang does not have a ford 9" so how do I know what rear end i have and what gear ratios i have in it to, and would a Differential from a ford 9" fit in my mustangs
