1970 dodge challenger k member tag?

Im currently working on a 1970 Dodge Challenger. the k member has a metal tag on it with the number 52. What is this tag for?
 
the tag is for identification for either a small block or a large block application,that's how dodge identified the k members on those cars,there's also a set of numbers on it that help to identify it,run the serial number and find out what it came out with,good luck.
