I'm getting into cars and I'm looking for a car to try to restore. My gramps has a 1969 or 1970 Dodge Charger Special Edition SE and i was wondering if its worth restoring it? Slight rust on the back bottom side panels, but nothing too much. Stock lights and wheels look pretty good for how old they are? Any tips appreciated!
