1968 Dodge Dart... A good buy, yes/no?

I found recently a 1968 dodge dart hardtop for $4350 it is red, has 105,000 miles on it, has no rust, needs a paint job, has a really nice interior, has a leaky transmission, some parts are missing and only 6 pistons work on its V-8 engine. The good side to it is that it comes with a donor car (with no extra cost) that is a 1968 dodge dart six-slant, it has all the small parts needed to be replaced onto the hardtop. The only problem is that the interior sucks and there are some small rust spots. Also (with no extra cost) it comes with a 1970 plymouth barracuda 318 engine and transmission with only 30,000 miles on it. I was thinking if I were to buy this I could either turn the second car into a drag racer or I could just sell the whole car for a fraction of what i paid for the whole package. A good buy yes/no? Any ideas, I don't have much money and I was thinking this could be a great project car after graduation.
