1966 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham blinker?

My friend recently received a 1966 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham and he loves it. The problem is whenever he turns the car on, the right blinker comes on too and won't turn off. He doesn't know where the hazard lights button is either. Someone help, please :]
