Which color coded wires are behind the ignition switch and which ones do I need to mess with in order to hot-wire it, the reason I'm asking is that my dad told me I can have the ride only if I can find it, sort of like a scavenger hunt but times a thousand, and then start it up without the key and drive it back to the house, so I've found it with some help from my friends and now I need to start it.

Pop the hood
run a power wire to the + side of the coil (use an alligator clip on each end)
grab a screw driver and look on the fender well (pass side) There is a solenoid with some large wires going to it (1 on each side and 2 in the middle). You need to jump the outer 2 wires to each other to turn the engine over.
That should start it and it will not mess up the wires behind the dash

You can also buy a remote starter at an auto parts store for $10 and follow the directions so it is a push button start
