1965 chevy impala first car?

if its your first car would getting a 1965 chevy impala be a bad idea becuz its a older car wouldn't it be harder to find parts if it breaks down or some thing wares out on it i knw tht depends on wat condition the cars in it seems like its in good condition but im bringing my unk to look at it more cuz hes a machanic im just barley taking auto tech in high school haha but im just wondering if its hard to find parts
