C cottagstan New member Sep 20, 2009 #3 Three things to consider: 1) fuel delivery - fuel pump, fuel filter, carburetor 2) timing & ignition 3) compression If your engine has been rebuilt and the timing is on, my bet is that your carburetor is not working properly.
