194 Dodge Stealth R/T transmission out, worth the money?

I'm looking at a car for 750, its a 1994 dodge stealth R/T. The owner said it ran last november, something went wrong with the transmission. He drove it home in 1st gear. He pulled the trans and while trying to fix it he broke the pressure plate and master cylinder. The alarm needs to be rewired. It starts up, leather interior, remote start. Do you think its worth the buy? Its only 750 for a car worth 2000 in this condition.
 
A shirt sensor was all it needed before he messed with it. It will cost about 500 to fix the problem and what he broke. But its up to you if its worth it or not.
