i found this great document signed by c.a ragsdale who is in the hall of honors. is there any value to this item? thanks for any help

the old salts here in the military section aren't going to know the auction value on a piece of military memorabilia. your better bet is to try and find a appraisal. either a retail shop or even better pawn shops might do it.
