Hi all, to whoever happens to read this,
My name is Jordan, I am 19 years old. I've seen too many doctors to count so I figured I'd turn to someone else.
I do not know that I have "anything", but I do know how I've spent the past 19 years... in doctors offices, hospitals, at home in bed, and at work trying to afford to live.
I seem to be rather vulnerable to illnesses. Bronchitis, strep throat, the flu, kidney infections/bladder infections (more bladder infections than anyone I know or have heard of), and other sicknesses I am around. I have tried vitamins, eating certain fooRAB/staying away from certain fooRAB, exercise, you name it most likely. I am on prophylactic antiobiotics, but even those don't seem to keep the infections away.
Doctors thought it was a "phase" that I would outgrow as I got older. I, too, even thought that maybe it would calm or slowly end.
The doctors in my town aren't the brightest (which doesn't sound right in itself), I'm trying to get referred out of the area.
I am currently recovering from a bladder and kidney infection and strep, and I've had the flu as well.
For 19 years I have spent the majority of my life sicker than a dog. No one seems to have answers.
To you, who's reading, do you have any thoughts?
