19 weeks pregnant and sharp stabbing pain in upper abdomen?

About an hour or so ago i started getting a sharp stabbing pain in my upper abdomen,which is kinda scaring me a bit,so far a healthy pregnancy but yesterday i got stung by a wasp not sure if that would be the cause or not,oh still suffering from a bit of nausea but its not as bad as in the beginning,
