18 years old. hardcore exercise & dieting?

HI!
ive been eating like a maniac for the past few weeks. i literally downed 30 cupcakes in 3 days! i'm 18. and i cheer competitively, so i am active! but i want to start dieting as well!
i dont have a treadmill so i'm going to have to run in place and do other sort of cardio.
but for my diet..
if i take a daily vitamin.
and have like peanut buttter toast for bfast,,a piece of turkey for lunch..some yogurt and like grilled chicken or something or some fruit. plus exercise for like an hour. is that unhealthy? not eating enough but doing hardcore exercises?!
to lose weight im going to have to have less calories than i burn off.....AH idk im confused. any tips???? anything will help! thanks!

and btw. im 5'6 and im between 137-140 lbs!
but i do have alot of muscle, but its now being covered by FAT!
