Hi! I'm 18 and was wondering if i could get advice... I can not seem to keep a schedule or goal, i want to start exercising and eating healthy but it is so hard for me to do. I'm def not overweight but i just want to get in shape. I've been told to keep a food journal and count calories but i'm so unfocused it's very hard for me to do. That's why its hard for me to exercise everyday or every other day. I'm also like that with my school work.. it's like i get bored with it too easy and i give up and i'm sick of living this way. Now I'm wanting to lose at least 5-10 pounds for the lake in three weeks when i go with my bf. I am a smoker and i know that drags me down even more. But it is sooo hard for me to stop. If anyone has any advice on what i can start doing to change my life please tell me!
