i am 17 years old i have been shooing since i was about 6 so i have been around guns almost all of my life. i do this local tactical shooting course in town and im rated on of the best in my class. i am very good with a pistol and never have had a close call or accident, but i know its possible no matter how many times you have used a gun of any sort. im not sure if those things will help my question at all, worth a shot though. and i have a clean record. nothing on it.
if someone were to break into my home when no one was home or when my mother was not able to reach our pistol could i use it on the burglar legally if he was putting my family in danger? i want a real answer please. thank you.
