16 year old diet plan.. need advice! 800 calories a day, with exercise!!? ?

I am a female, 16, 5'4, 115 lbs, pretty active. I run at least three times a week (weather makes it hard, although indoor track starts soon, so I'll running daily) I do dumbbell and ab exerises everyday. the problem is.. I eat a lot of, fat, sugar, and carbs. I've decided to go on a diet. I am going to eat 800 calories or less daily. whole wheat toast, with peanut butter for breakfast. an apple for lunch. and whatever my parents make me
eat for dinner, but in super small servings. and I drink water all throughout the day. what I'm asking is.. how does this look? will
I lose weight? how long till
I see some results? and any other ideas, tips, or problems!!!!? THanKs!
