Okay as you can tell by the question I'm 16 years old and get these really bad sharp pains in my heart area, mainly get them while sitting or lying down. When i get the pains I'm unable to move or breath for a few seconds until its gone!
Another thing i get is, really bad headaches and i get really dizzy. The other day i was having a piano lesson and i was unable to play a piece because i went so dizzy and light headed.
I don't know whats wrong whether there's somethings wrong with me, or its just due to stress??!!
Please could you give me some sort of explanation its reallyy freaking me out
