16 and living alone, unable to obtain financial stability?

I'm 16 studying full time and about to live alone how can i maintain financial stability? about 400$ a week. I live in australia, but centrelink fails to provide me with full support i require and it is extremely difficult juggling a 20 hour week part time job in my HSC year. Any suggestions will be much appreciated
