15mins of jogging 30 mins of walking 30mins of exercise bike?

Is that enough to lose some weight?

People said 15 mins isn't enough of jogging so i added the other 2 ...
I wanna loser about 6-7kilos
Its winter so i don't wanna do more then 15 mins of jogging ... i get a stitch and very sore throat from doing that 15mins but i push by

I would eat like like 22 points or 21 ( i think 21 is my right amount points) or below 21 a day on weight watcher point guide

I use to be addicted to a game and i gained like 10 kilos from 3 years of playing it, i already worked off abit about 5 kilos but i lost my sports bra so stop working out and now its winter so would that be enough to lose weight?

oh and i only drink orange juice or water..
