$150CAD budget phone.. questions about rokr and other phones

my friend is asking me for recommendations and i can think of:
-most important: he wants it to look good
-a bit of functions
-not super heavy
-prefer not to sign contract
-bluetooth and listening to mp3s is a plus

e398-pretty affordable, can't multitask though (really slow)
rokr-does anyone know if rogers include 512mb memory card in the box?? or just 32 or 64mb?? is the rokr firmware much better than the e398?
v3-no expandable memory, tonnes of people have it
k700i-no expandable memory
mpx220 (i think its out of his budget)
w600i (out of his budget range as well)

-i know its pretty hard with such a small budget but what do you think of the ones ive listed? any other good options?
 
You do know the rokr is pretty much the same phone as the e398 u can read about both of them under the motorola forum and there plenty of flashes for the e398 on there .
