I started painting portrait when i was 9 years old and friends and relatives start paid me when i seriously take it as a business hobby when i was 10. There is no reason why this issue should be raise out, 'cause painting is not a kind of illegal business and no age limit to do so....except someone elses take granted from that underage painter.
