?15 was added to my vodafone monthly direct debit for computer.They said I had gone over my 3G usage.?

My 3 gigaabyte usage that is.He said i must have downloaded some windows security thing or other that cost me ?15.I must have pressed download by accident.How can I find out what I have downloaded?
