140cc pit bike wont start?

140cc pit bike was riding in mud then started to ark near spark plug on lead, i changed the coil and lead and spark plug, also rewired the bike and cleaned out carb, all it does is just kicks and doesnt fire up any ideas please im going crazy? it has spark,compression and fuel?
 
Check the spark plug gap. Check the color of the spark it should be blue. if its not blue then its a weak spark. Try spraying starting fluid inside the spark plug hole n see if it starts. Try push starting it.
