My son is almost 15 months. He says mama, dada, bye-bye, and trys to say other things. He understands alot! He just acts uninterested in saying things we point out or try to get him to say. I have been teaching him a little sign for my sisters sake, but he doesn't seem to understand what the words he is signing means. He is active. Loves to play. He babbles alot and acts like he is really trying to say something but doesn't know many words. What am I doing wrong? I read to him (when he lets me. He usually just trys to play with the book or walks into his playroom) I talk to him and point things out and lable them. I just don't know whats wrong.
