I am a 13 year old boy and i am really wanting to write a book and publish it. I have a few ideas for a book. But the question i am asking is do you think i am to young do you have to be a certain age to publish a book. How do you publish a book. And please no rude comments. Oh and if you have any tips on making a book better i would really like that.

i just finished a long chapter book w/ my friend. We are on the second one now. I am 13 too. We are aiming to publish it. It's very rare to get a book published this young. You have to get it edited first, then you bring it to a publisher. It's a very long process but worth it.
Tips:
--Make sure that you are consistant w/ the story. Remember its got to keep the reader hooked from the begining to the end.
--Keep the writing style the same. As in the speech and the paragrahs. there is many ways to write, keeping it the same doesn't confuse your reader....

You're not to young, as long as you are really passionate about writing and are ready for some trying times.
Writing a novel isn't about age, as long as you have good grammar and spelling skills then I say go for it. I'm sure publishers won't look at age if you have a wonderful book.
I plan to attempt to get my book published as soon as I'm finished, and I'm fourteen. But that may not be until I'm eighteen.

Dude, you are like the hundreth person who has posted that on here. It doesn't matter if you are 13 or 153 as long as the book you write is good. You are never to young or to old to write a book. I hope people like you will see this and figure out not to keep posting these questions. Hope I helped.
