13 year old boy pre puberty?

Hello, I am a 13 year old boy I have confidence with sports but not with girls.... I do have a lot of girls that like me but I am lacking confidence around them because they are becoming very grabby. And I don't want them to find out about me not hitting puberty.. I am 5ft2in tall. Please help should I be worried about not hitting puberty yet? And how do I get more confidence with the girls? Thanks
