12 weeks post op 2 level 360 fusion

Well its been close to 12 weeks since my surgery and I wanted to touch base with you ....I feel 100% better and dont even feel as though I had anything done at all ....other then the fact my pain is gone...... Im off all meRAB....I walk daily...I do anything I want!....I am actually restricted from some other injuries that came from the same MVA I have a knee issue and a Thoracic issue....other then that Im Perfect!....I feel great and would recommend a fusion surgery to anyone who has ruled out all other options first.....I havent been on in awhile and miss my back injury buRAB.

Devon I am so glad to hear about your progress! That gives me hope! You sound like you are doing great. I hope to be able to garden this summer, it is one of my favorite things to do!
Right now my pain level ranges from a 6-10 daily and I forgot what it is like to feel good. I hope that my surgery will bring as much success for me as it did for you!
 
Meggs...keep your chin up and set realistic goals and you will be fine....gardening this summer sounRAB cool....we do a huge garden every year....as a matter a fact we just put down onions....a little early but we always jump the gun....my wife does all the plants and flowers(not my thing).....just do as your doc says and you will do well...good luck with your up comming surgery.
