Hi, I am 18 and weigh around 240lbs atm... i have begun to exercise on my bike doing 12 miles in almost exactly one hour. Im not very fit obviously but i was wondering if this is good exercise, ive been doing this every day for the past 2 weeks. Never biked that long before but i do it with no breaks, and it doesn't completely kill me. I hope to bike a greater distance as time goes by, but for starters do you guys think this is ok? As for Terrain, there are a few ups and downs but for the most part its a flat surface like the sidewalk. Thanks in advance =]
