12-21-2009---BBM Down & Long delay with e-mail

Hey Fellow Rogers users,

As I'm on hold with BTSC I thought that I would start spreading the news.....

As of 45 mins ago my BBM has not been working.....

The message on the BTC phone says that they are having problems with E-mail delays..... Nothing re BBM not working

Anyone else having a problem ?????

confirmed, another BIS outage. AT&T,VZW,T-MO, and Rogers thus far that I've heard from.

Email definitely delayed, BBM/PIN absolutely no delivery.
 
Up to the minute info! I just upgraded and I thought it was faulty files. At least I know it's not my device

I'm still getting email on AT&T in Michigan. They have been coming in normally all afternoon.
 
bbm has been down all day...emails were working earlier (delayed), now i'm not even getting emails.

RIM began shooting itself in the foot long ago, then the torso, will the head be next?
 
Spoke with rogers 30 minutes ago in Ontario. They said 50 percent of their customers don't have bbm or email service and "they're working on it"
 
Rogers user in Edmonton - My data connection has been down since 5pm today MST, without a connection at all. The only thing that works is the Rogers WAP browser, but everything else is FUBAR. Come on Rogers...lots of pissed off clients right now...

I wonder when WIND Mobile will be in Edmonton....
 
this is pretty upsetting i need my emails for business and i cant get anything!!
im gonna call rogers tomorrow i think we should get some sort of credit for the inconvience!
