How come my son, who is now 11, has always had painful feet and ankles after a walk. He can walk a short while and then he starts complaining about the pain. He has mildly flat feet and he's been to a doctor and the doctor just recommended stretches. I'm frustrated and I'm hoping that maybe someone has some answers. Thanks!

I've had success in correcting this condition in several individuals. It's just a matter of conditioning the ligaments, tendons and muscle which sustain the arches. This is achieved by continually performing various exercises which, in the course of six to eight months, will lead to the genesis of a normal height arch. You may email me for additional information, [email protected]. It's free.
