1098R vs 1098RS

So, after reading this, which one would you rather have? Even if money were no issue, I'd still take the R as it seems the RS would be "in the shop" more than you could ride it.

Desmosedici... screw the 1098R/1098RS, its just an over-bore fat twin... Its all about the high RPM screamer twins of elder (749RS/999RS) and of course, the V4 of today.

i'll never ever be able to unleash it's full potential on track but that's not to say i wouldn't want an R

....RS isn't worth it imo. I'd rather get two Desmo
