106 & Park anybody seen it? on BET every weekday at 7pm

this is the greatest music show since TRL and just as good as top of the pops (pre Fearne & Reggie era)

it is on BET Monday to Friday at 7pm
so for those who have never heard of it or seen it before heres a rundown to the show.

106 & Park has been running for 10 years and arguably BET's biggest program.

It has music videos, video countdown same style as TRL , the presenters are Terrence & Rocsi who have presented the show since 2006.

Every friday theres a rap battle segment called "Freestyle Friday", always has the biggest names in Hip-hop, R&B, Film and Television.

By the way 106 & Park's 10 year anniversary show is Next Wednesday at 7pm on BET, Sky 191/198 (+1) and Freesat, 140/141 (+1)

I've watched it a few times.

I don't think you will find many people on RAB, who will have watched it.
