Maybe the cranks are better in 2011 so they won't have any runout LOL. I don't think rep or money will be a problem. Heck most people won't put enough miles on to make a difference and the ones that do the moco will do like it always does and tell them to pound sand lol.

But then they wouldn't be able to sell big bore kits.

For that reason alone, I don't believe they will go to 103 on all models.

Good point. The history is there but with exception. 1999 the 88, 2007 the 96. 2010 the 103. Exception is that neither the 88 or 96 were optional as I recall.
