101 Dalmations (cartoon) on DVD?

Hi,

Does anyone know if 101 Dalmations (the original cartoon version) has ever been released on DVD?

Also, any idea if Disney plan to release their films on Blu-Ray or HD-DVD soon?

It had a very limited release in 1999/2000, but only for 3-4 months.

However, it is the next film (after The Jungle Book) to get a 2-disc special edition, so it will be out in March/April 2008.
