10 year relashionship going down the drain?

I have been with my fiance for 10 years now the first 6 years were fine then she got addicted to pain killers. The last 4 years have been hell. We have a 4 1/2 year old daughter and I have a son from a previous relationship (12) she has two daughters (13 and 16). One of her daughters; the youngest lives with her dad and my son live with his mom but visits in the summer because he lives out of state. I have put her in rehab 3 times, she steals money from me, lies about where she is going, and on top of that does not work, lost her license, and does not take care of the house. I feel bad because I know how she used to be and wiish she was like that again but everytime I think things have turned around I find out I am missing money or that money I thaught I paid towards bills was intercepted and user for drugs. I have told her I was going to leave her but it doesn't seem to matter to her - she has no family or anyone else and I feel bad but something has to give!
 
If your truly in love with this woman and want to be with her let her know that she needs help and the only way that you will be with her is if she gets help. You may feel guilty about having to leave her but once you have tried all that you can do to help her it is up to her if she wants to straighten her life out .
