ok..so i did it. traded the 10 WG that i owned for 4 months for a black 2010 SG.

So glad to be back on a Touring. put 200mi + on the first day

Cant believe the difference in handling over my 05 RK Custom.

only complaint thus far is the seat sucks. Have short inseam and seat seems to stop me from planting both feet flat firmly..

Suggested mods for this other than lowering the front end?
 
replace the stock streetglide seat for an aftermarket of your choice (C&C for me!)
this will help you get your feet on the ground where they need to be, the new frame is wide and is causing your to spread your legs
 
don't go messing with the bikes geometry. just change the seat. If you get a chance find a dealer with a 2011 SG and sit on THAT seat...alot nicer then the 2010 seat...or even go a little more fancy and look into the 2011 CVO SG seat...VERY nice...i might be picking one of those up.. i think i read that Chicago HD sells it for about $285 (they usually discount about 20%)

...on another note...how bad did you take it in the rear trading in that 2010?
