Well hello again my dear blog followers. Please excuse today’s entry, for it is going to be very odd. Possibly awkward…Forgive me my lovies!
xoxo
I extremely enjoy the company of a cup of tea. It makes me feel like my presence is among, well, England! For example, I could be in Wonderland frolicking around with The Mad Hatter and that April something-overgrown-rabbit. Wait, April wasn’t correct. March was it? March Hare? Yeah, I’m absoloutley sure that’s it. Anyhoo, I could be with that old geezer with the top hat and that hyper bunny who is endulged in a world of tea! Come to think of it, I always wonder why Alice walked away from that tea party. That part always seems to confuse me the most, no matter how many times I watch the classic movie or read the book that started it all. You know what, they were being very friendly with her. All they were doing was showing their “nonsense” side. So what if they were doing that? She didn’t have to walk off like a b…Okay, I can’t say that. But, she walked away like she didn’t even care to accept their generosity. If that were me, I would stay and celebrate nothingness with them. “Would you like some more tea Ms. Skye?” The Hare would ask me. “Why yes, I would. Thank you very much” Then I would cursty and smile like a frilly, little girl; pulling at the petels of my dress and making it seem as if a majestic bird was sprouting it’s colorful wings. Now, bowing my head down, my curly, brunette hair would slip off from the back off my shoulders and bungee jump down until they came to a halt on my flat chest. And being the lady I would be, I would politely take the cup from his hand and drink it.
“Hey, come on hipster, indie-whatever the hell you are person. Get your butt off the laptop, we have to go to work” The red head girl said to her tiny, little roommate. Skye’s green eyes didn’t even bother drifting over to Melodie’s big mouth. Instead, she said “Almost done, just have to add a little more detail” with her pointer finger held up. With the black nail polish and silver ring, it spoke “Just a minute please” With her left hand, she used her bony pointer finger and thumb to gently pick up the tea cup’s “arm” and lifted it up to her pale, crusted lips. Now, this surpises me. Why would she use only two fingers to raise a full cup of coffee? Strange thing is, I’m the narrarator, and I don’t even know
