Hi, im trying to help a friend out. He got a warrant for his arrest last year for a DUI and being under 21 yrs of age. (He's now 21 fyi) Then got another ticket a couple months ago for being in possession of weed. It was a very very small amount.
Question is, what would happen if he turned himself in now?
How long would he go to jail for?
Or can he still do community service to take care of it?
