I'm confused when to use which type of ANOVA. Here is my experiment.

I want to find the effects of pills A, B and C on spatial memory.
3 groups of mice of n=15 each. Group1 was given pill A. Group2 given pill B (placebo that controls for A). Group3 given pill C (placebo that controls for route of administration)
Ran all the groups on maze task 1 to test for memory defect. Ran all the groups mice on maze task 2 to control that maze results for maze 1 were real (they are supposed to test for different types of memory)

Can I use a t-test, 1-way, or 2-way ANOVA? Or both?

Can someone explain to me clearly when to use them? I tried researching but the ideas are too abstract for me to understand.

Thanks!
