A Life Flight helicopter was called after a Houston high school student was stabbed Wednesday morning before classes started, MyFoxHouston.com reported.
Details of the stabbing were not immediately clear, but one student reportedly posted a photo of blood on what appears to be the school's floor on her Twitter account.
A woman inside the school told MyFoxHouston.com she heard commotion coming from the Spring High School cafeteria, which was followed shortly by a announcement over the intercom calling for a school nurse.
She said she walked outside in the hallway all she saw a blood trail lead from the cafeteria to the back of the school.
Outside the school life flight was called. Two male suspects were reportedly seen in handcuffs outside the school. Life Flight is reporting that the 16 year old male is listed in critical condition at Hermann Memorial in the medical center.
