evidence? Pulled over for riding bike on wrong side of road + no lights on bike for night riding. Bicyclists Reason: Ambulance and Firetruck (both w/flashing lights continuous and uninterupted) blocking sidewalk and bike lane in regulated direction of travel, thus, bicyclist had to use other side of four lane road to pass. Police officer interviews, searches , and finds the bicyclist in possession and under the influence of narcoticsnarcotics. Question: Does the bike become evidence? And, if bicycle is not taken into possession of police department, and not given back to suspect, is just cause provable?

The US government is corrupt, it's laws and constitution are lost and destroyed. Your rights as a person are almost completely gone and soon will be. You need your freedom just as anyone does. My advice is first, educate yourself and all of those around you that you love and care for. Once you have done this, go about acquiring guns for yourself and all those just mentioned. Learn how to use them appropriately and when you should and should not use a gun. Remember to think and live with freedom, not fear. Once you accomplish this you may live your life by the way you were intended to as an American citizen, when a police officer tries to pull you over or give you problems, explain to him calmly the ideas you follow in the constitution. If he doesn't comply with you, arrest him, if you need help call in your brothers and sisters. Our public servants are now evil and need to be controlled, the world is suffering because of our inability to act against our own government. The government should be afraid of us, not we of it.
