...policy with $1000 ded.? I had 2 insurance policies on the car I bought on 8/31. I had still not been removed from the old policy where I was JUST LISTED AS A DRIVER, when my car was stolen on 09/05. I had gotten state farm on 9/3 with a $500 ded, but the policy i was listed on seems to have taken over even though i filed the claim with state farm first. Of course, that policy has a $1000 Deductible. Can they do that? Any help? I've been without a car until today because neither insurance company informed me that everyone gets rental coverage when a car is stolen. HELP! WHO DO I CALL???
